How do I track the progress of an order? All online orders can be picked up at Bee Lady Nails & Goods or sent via StarTrack by Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with details of your order and the tracking number. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided here.
You will be able to track the different statuses and know whether your package is Dispatched, In transit, Pending, Processing, Possible delay, Delivered, or Awaiting collection.
*The tracking number is usually found on the email sent to you under the title “A shipment from order #(your order number) is on the way” when we successfully sent your parcel.
How to find the invoice?
All product is GST included, please follow the steps below to find the tax invoice:
- You will receive a confirmation email as the image is seen below once the order is confirmed.
- Click the “Download Invoice” button before “Order summary”.
- You will receive the invoice as a PDF document to print or download.
What do I do if I receive the incorrect or missing item?
If you have received the wrong item, or if something is missing from your order, we are sorry! Please email us straight away at beeladynails@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement, refund or save as credits for you as quickly as possible. For a faulty item, we request that you also include a photo of the fault.
Do you offer refunds?
We only offer refunds if you have received a defective product. In the event that the item you have received is damaged or there are any other issues rendering the item unusable, please contact us immediately.
