Orders will be placed with KOKOIST USA the following day after pre-orders close.
The estimated delivery time is 3–4 weeks (typically around 3 weeks), depending on availability and shipping conditions.
Due to increased order volume from KOKOIST USA, the dispatch time may be extended by 1 week.
During peak or holiday seasons, processing and shipping may take longer due to high demand.
Please allow up to 5 weeks for dispatch during these periods.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items,
your order will be shipped once all items are available.
To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
If any item becomes unavailable from KOKOIST,
A full refund will be issued promptly for that item.
