POSTAGE DAYS
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from Richmond, Victoria, Australia (excluding Public Holidays).
Orders can normally be sent out on the same day if ordered before 11 AM (eligible for in-stock items only).

For international orders are all using DHL Standard or Express. Please contact us via email (beeladynails.cs@gmail.com) for ordering and quoting.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes when your order goes through customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs and tax regulations differ for each country. If you have any questions regarding the charges, please refer to your local delivery service.
INCOMPLETE & INCORRECT ADDRESS
Should the parcel be returned to us, a top-up for delivery fee is required before we mail out the parcel again. Please ensure accurate shipping information as we will not be liable for lost mail due to incomplete/incorrect address.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES
Once your order is placed, it enters our processing system. Any modifications or changes to the order, including shipping address changes, must be requested as soon as possible contacting our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed and shipped.
LOST/ DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please provide all relevant information and any supporting documentation to assist with the claim process.
Authority To Leave freight without signature (ATL)
All orders will be shipped as Authority to Leave (ATL), please leave "Notes" if need special instructions for the delivery.
