How do I track the progress of an order? All online orders can be picked up at Bee Lady Nails & Goods or sent via StarTrack by Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with details of your order and the tracking number. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided Here.

You will be able to track the different statuses and know whether your package is Dispatched, In transit, Pending, Processing, Possible delay, Delivered, or Awaiting collection.

*The tracking number is usually found on the email sent to you under the title “A shipment from order #(your order number) is on the way” when we successfully sent your parcel.

How to find the invoice?

All product is GST included, please follow the steps below to find the tax invoice:

  1. You will receive a confirmation email as the image is seen below once the order is confirmed.
  2. Click the “Download Invoice” button before “Order summary”.
  3. You will receive the invoice as a PDF document to print or download.

What do I do if I receive the incorrect or missing item?

If you have received the wrong item, or if something is missing from your order, we are sorry! Please email us straight away at and we will arrange a replacement, refund or save as credits for you as quickly as possible. For a faulty item, we request that you also include a photo of the fault. 

Do you offer refunds?

We only offer refunds if you have received a defective product. In the event that the item you have received is damaged or there are any other issues rendering the item unusable, please contact us immediately.

All orders are dispatched in Richmond, Victoria, Australia.

1. Order over $250 AUD express shipping Australia-wide.

2. Order over $450 AUD with free standard shipping New Zealand-wide.

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your invoice and order summary in the email.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email along with the tracking number to track your order.

For international orders, please track it regularly with the link of your Tracking Number from your orders. You will directly access all these information, their updates and the location and moves for your parcels. Contact the couriers directly for more information. They are your best contacts for more info & updates onto your Parcels for delivery.

Authority To Leave freight without signature

All orders will be shipped as Authority to Leave (ATL), please leave "Notes" if need special instructions for the delivery.

Bee Lady Nails takes care to ensure all items are checked, packed safely and securely for their journey to you.

How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Thank you!

Product Sourcing

At Bee Lady Nails, we directly work with KOKOIST USA and VETRO Bella Nail JAPAN to introduce their products to the Australian market. All gels are made in Japan.
