LED & UV Light Warranty Statement

Thank you for choosing Bee Lady Nails as your preferred supplier. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. As part of our commitment, we offer a warranty period of one year for all our LED & UV lights. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage.

Warranty Period

The warranty period for all LED & UV lights is one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this time, if you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us via email at (beeladynails.cs@gmail.com) for assistance. 

Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur within the one-year warranty period. This includes defects in materials, workmanship, or any functional issues that affect the normal operation of the product. 

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following items: 

  • Dual Cordless LED/UV Light (unless manufacturing default)
  • H2 Nail - Flash Cure (unless manufacturing default)

The warranty does not cover the following: 

  • Damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or neglect of the product.
  • Damages caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications. 
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.
  • Damages caused by accidents, fire, water, or any other external factors beyond our control.

Claim Process

If you experience any problems with your LED & UV light during the warranty period, please follow these steps: 

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at (beeladynails.cs@gmail.com). 
  2. Provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date and location.
  3. Describe the issue you are facing in detail, including any error messages or symptoms.
  4. Our customer support team will guide you through the troubleshooting process, which may involve providing additional information or attempting basic troubleshooting steps.
  5. If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the warranty claim. 

Resolution

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and resolve any issues you may encounter with our products. Depending on the nature of the problem, we may offer one of the following solutions: 

  1. Repair: If the product cannot be repaired via the troubleshooting steps, we will send the light to the manufacturer for repair. Yet, customers are responsible for the shipping fee associated with sending the product to our Richmond office for repairs. It is important to note that in cases where damage is due to human error, customers will be responsible for covering both the repair fee and the associated shipping costs.
  2. Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired via the troubleshooting steps, we will provide a replacement unit of equal or comparable value. 
  3. Refund (if applicable): In exceptional cases where neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we may offer a refund for the original purchase amount. 

Please note that this warranty policy is subject to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased.
