Warranty & Return Policy for Electronic Devices

Thank you for choosing Bee Lady Nails as your preferred supplier. We are committed to providing high-quality electronic devices and fair support should any issues arise.

This policy applies to all electronic products sold by Bee Lady Nails, including but not limited to:

  • LED & UV curing lights

  • Portable dust collectors

  • E-files

Please review the details below before purchasing. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Warranty Period

All eligible electronic devices include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturer faults and functional issues not caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Malfunctions affecting normal function during proper use

What’s Not Covered

  • Flash cure lights (e.g., RichGel Flash Cure Led Light – excluded from warranty)

  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect storage

  • Accidents, liquid damage, fire, power surges, or physical impact

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents)

  • Any unauthorised repairs or modifications

Claim Process

If your device develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Purchase date

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the fault

Our team will assess your claim and advise on next steps.

Resolution 

If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, we will provide:

  • A full store credit equivalent to the original purchase price

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Store credit is issued after inspection and confirmation of the fault.

  • Claims caused by accidental or user-related damage are not eligible.
