Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns within 30 days of your purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Please note that we do not accept requests for refunds due to “change of mind.”

 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please contact us at beeladynails.cs@gmail.com
 before returning your item.

If your request complies with our store policy and your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue store credit for the item(s).

Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

*Please keep in mind that the colour gels might appear slightly different, as the ingredients are natural and can vary during production due to the large batch sizes.

 

Damaged goods

Minor imperfections to the packaging may occur during international shipping — this does not affect the product quality or its use.

If your item arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us immediately at beeladynails.cs@gmail.com

We’ll assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping (for refunds & exchanges)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
