This is a completely clear builder base from Nail Thoughts! It is a base coat and builder gel in one, so it saves time. It is a semi-hard gel (texture is between KOKOIST Mega Stick Base and Platinum Bond Duo), which adds an extra level of strength to the nails but still has flexibility. From personal experience, there is minimal lifting, and it can be soaked off.
