This intensive workshop training is all about building confidence in gel control through hands-on practice and repetition. Rather than covering the absolute basics, we’ll focus on precise brush control, adjusting gel application for different consistencies (running vs. thick gels), and perfecting structured gel application.
The goal is to help you build stability first—because when your technique is strong, speed and efficiency will follow naturally.

Hi lovely people, it's Tori! I've been in the Australian nail industry for over 8 years, exploring everything from express nails to premium nail services and immersing myself in different nail cultures in local salons.
Along the way, I discovered the incredible quality and unique texture of the Japanese gel system, which not only elevates my nail art but also promotes the natural health of my clients' nails. That's why I've dedicated myself to mastering this system.I'm super proud to be Australia's official KOKOIST educator and a Nail Thoughts educator, holding certifications from VETRO, KOKOIST, IBX treatment, JAPAN 衛生管理士 JNA and more.
Over the past five years, running my own nail business has been an absolute joy. Specializing in Japanese gel systems, colour mixing, and blending nail art, I've had the pleasure of helping many lovely clients achieve their long-gel-wearing nail dreams. In 2024, I made the decision to close my nail studio to focus solely on education. I travelled from Sydney to attended the Japanese Gel Nail Essentials Skills course at Bee Lady Nails. It was amazing! So much information packed in with demonstrations and knowledge. Tori took so much time in explaining and see where we could improve and how to do so. I have completed Cert III nail technology at tafe and can say I still learnt so much. The course was well rounded, definitely worth it and highly recommend. Also the shop is very lovely with so many amazing products. Thank you Tori 💕💕

If I could give 6 stars, I would! I recently completed the Bee Lady Nails Japanese Gel Nail - Essential Skills course. Tori was a fantastic teacher who was warm, approachable, patient and knowledgeable. She catered to all types of learners providing us with easy to follow visual diagrams, talking us through processes, live demonstrations and supervised practice. Lastly and most importantly, it was just so much fun and couldn't recommend it more! Also a bonus (or maybe dangerous?) to leave the class via the beautiful shop stocked with the best nail products every week!

Both the content of the course and the delivery by Tori were excellent, and I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in learning the foundations of e-file manicure and Japanese gel.I had no prior experience using an e-file before I begun this class, but Tori was patient with me and provided lots of tips and advice to improve my technique.
It is clear that she adapts her style and guidance based on the student’s needs, so that you get the best possible result. She also takes time to answer questions, even when they are about different topics to what she is teaching that day, and provides anecdotes and examples from her years of experience to help you understand difficult concepts.Thanks Tori for a great 5 weeks with you!
