Warranty Statement:

Our 1-year warranty extends to all KOKOIST LED/UV Light. We provide complimentary repair services in the rare event of any faults during this period. Yet, customers are responsible for the shipping fee associated with sending the product to our Melbourne office for repairs.

It is important to note that in cases where damage is due to human error, customers will be responsible for covering both the repair fee and the associated shipping costs.

For any matters pertaining to warranty, we appreciate your cooperation in returning faulty products to Bee Lady Nails & Goods at our Melbourne office.

Nail mails are ready to ship within 1-2 days from Bee Lady Nails Melbourne warehouse.

All delivery is via Australia Post.

  • Australia-wide: Standard takes 3 to 7 days; Express takes 1 to 3 days.
  • New Zealand : Standard takes 3 to 7 days; Express takes 2 to 4 days.

  • We offer a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. Unfortunately, we do not accept requests for refunds due to “change of mind.”

  • Due to the nature of the items being shipped internationally, there may be minor imperfections to the packaging of the goods. However, these will not impact the quality and use of the goods.

    If you receive a damaged or unusable item, please email us immediately. We'll promptly address the issue.
