Warranty Statement:

Our 1-year warranty extends to all H2 LED/UV Light. We provide complimentary repair services in the rare event of any faults during this period. Yet, customers are responsible for the shipping fee associated with sending the product to our Melbourne office for repairs.

It is important to note that in cases where damage is due to human error, customers will be responsible for covering both the repair fee and the associated shipping costs.

For any matters pertaining to warranty, we appreciate your cooperation in returning faulty products to Bee Lady Nails & Goods at our Melbourne office.
