BOBA Gel is a solid type gel like gummy. You can create original parts with it, and it is easy to use with chrome pens for trendy ring nails!

* This product is not a cosmetic product. Do not apply directly to your nails.
* Curing time depends on what you create. (LED 30 seconds ~, UV 60 seconds ~)
* There are very few uncured gels, but they are not non-wipe.
* Please use a non-wipe top coat for powder.
* Do not touch it directly with your hands. Please use gloves when handling by hand.
* Do not leave the product lid open. Due to the characteristics of the product, it may harden.
* Please use up as soon as possible after purchase (approximately one year).

Nail mails are ready to ship within 1-2 days from Bee Lady Nails Melbourne warehouse.

All delivery is via Australia Post.

• Australia-wide: Standard takes 3 to 7 days; Express takes 1 to 3 days.
• New Zealand : Standard takes 3 to 7 days; Express takes 2 to 4 days.

• We offer a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. Unfortunately, we do not accept requests for refunds due to “change of mind.” 

• Please note that we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on the following items: gift cards; all gels (unless they arrive damaged); personal care items such as files and drill bits; sale items; or for reasons of a change of mind.

• Due to the nature of the items being shipped internationally, there may be minor imperfections to the packaging of the goods. However, these will not impact the quality and use of the goods.
  
  If you receive a damaged or unusable item, please email us immediately. We'll promptly address the issue.

• Please keep in mind that the colour gels might appear slightly different, as the ingredients are natural and can vary during production due to the large batch sizes.
