It typically takes approximately 3-4 weeks for the item to be shipped from us and received by you. However, please note that shipping times may vary, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Note: If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, please be aware that we will hold the entire shipment until all pre-order items are available. To receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items and pre-order items.

Refund Policy for Out-of-Stock Items: In the event that the item becomes unavailable at KOKOIST, we will promptly issue a refund for the out-of-stock item.

Nail mails (in-stock) are ready to ship within 1-2 days from Bee Lady Nails Melbourne warehouse.

All delivery is via Australia Post.

• Australia-wide: Standard takes 3 to 7 days; Express takes 1 to 3 days.
• New Zealand : Standard takes 3 to 7 days; Express takes 2 to 4 days.

• We offer a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. Unfortunately, we do not accept requests for refunds due to “change of mind.” 

• Please note that we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on the following items: gift cards; all gels (unless they arrive damaged); personal care items such as files and drill bits; sale items; or for reasons of a change of mind.

• Due to the nature of the items being shipped internationally, there may be minor imperfections to the packaging of the goods. However, these will not impact the quality and use of the goods.
  
  If you receive a damaged or unusable item, please email us immediately. We'll promptly address the issue.

• Please keep in mind that the colour gels might appear slightly different, as the ingredients are natural and can vary during production due to the large batch sizes.
